PLEASE NOTE: Any new, remodel or addition construction changes to your home must have an ACC application turned in and approved by the ACC Committee. Remodel changes that are being replaced with the exact same material and color do NOT require an ACC application. Please contact the ACC Chair for clarification if there is a question regarding submission of an application. The ACC Committee has 30 days to approve or disapprove ACC applications.
